<aside> 3️⃣ Second interview: Meet a founder who is responsible for this position and talk about your skills that are specifically relevant for this position.

Duration: ~ 45-60 minutes

<aside> 4️⃣ (Optional) “Homework”: We believe in a hands-on mentality. Find out what tasks could await you in the position you are applying for and then demonstrate your skills in a small project/case study.

<aside> 5️⃣ Third interview: Let’s talk about details of the job offer and answer any last questions. Potentially you will also meet the remaining founders for a quick check-in.
